Which mod to pm before posting in the scammer forum

I know the mods are busy. I'm in the middle of what might be a questionable transaction. I pm'ed collegegraduit with the details and it's in my sentbox. I don't want to bother another mod, however its kind of urgent.

I did a post search on this person (don't want to make it public until I think its OK) and it appears that he had done two more trainn sites which WILL GO RED!!!!

He went red at two trainn sites for me and one trainn site for somebody else (I pm'ed him and warned him of a possible red) and as far as I can tell he's scamming two other people.

I did get a refund for one of my sites, but he has my latest pm and knows he went red at another site. He hasn't pm'ed me back the second time.

Any help?
