I actually just shipped 5 of an item there. I also have shipped to places like UK, Turkey, Norway, Aussie, etc. Every time I use Global Priority Mail, it's no doubt the best out there for international.

For determining the size, I think you have to measure the dimensions of the box. Matter of fact, I looked up the size of boxes for you, here they are..

[/color5be8220dc7]
[b5be8220dc7] 234.11 Flat-Rate Envelope Sizes[/b5be8220dc7]

a. Small - 6 x 10 inches.

b. Large - 9-1/2 x 12-1/2 inches. '

Hope this helps )

I'd avoid using the automated paypal ship and pay for the global priority mail. When I tried it recently it said it couldn't ship global priority if the value was under $400 or something like that. I ended up printing postage for parcel post which cost more.

When I asked at the post office I found out that I just needed to attach a small form that paypal wouldn't print then I could have saved the money.

Moral of the story Just take your international shipping to the post office and have an experienced person make sure you are doing it right.

And for choosing rates in advance, I'd agree with patrick that global priority seems to be the most bang for your buck.
