Can anybody help me out I just downloaded firefox for the first time and want to make sure I have all of my cookies and everything set right.Thanks alot

Click on Tools, then Options, then click on Privacy, the click the Cookies tab. Make sure the box "Allow sites to set cookies" is checked. Make sure the 2 boxes below it are unchecked. Then change the drop-down for Keep Cookies to "until they expire".
Next, move on to Content and make sure Block Pop-Ups in unchecked.
