Was just wondering if whypayitsfree offers the extra ref instead of offer completion option on just their cash.whypayitsfree site or on other sites in their network as well.

Yes, we allow users to get extra referrals instead of doing an offer. You will need 1 extra referral if you signed up un-referred or two extra referrals if you signed up referred (The referrer also gets credit). This applies to all sites except cash.

For cash site, you need to do an offer [b0c8e602760]only[/b0c8e602760] if referred by someone. After you do that , the referrer gets credit. If un-referred, you need not do any offers or get any extra referrals. You'll get $40 / completed referral.
