Hi all.
Just wanted to let everyone interested in reading this message know about my horrible experience with the POSTERPASS.com offer.
If you end up ordering your posters advertised at 4 for 9.95 - you will later learn when reading the terms and conditions that shipping is a whopping 31.00!!!!
Although shocked, I let it go because I didn't want to have to choose another site to make up the green for this one. They ended up charging my card accordingly for the original purchase and then 6 days later..............charged me 44.00 for 2 posters that they had sent out.
I was furious!!! This site does not have a valid email address to write to them, the phone picks up via answering machine, and they didn't follow their own terms and conditions!!!
After your initial purchase............you are supposed to be charged 1 time monthly............44.00...........If you choose to stay in their auto-ship program.
2 Posters for 44.00 is a bit much!!

Hope this has been helpful!! shock [/color5b02077a7f][/size5b02077a7f]

The terms and conditions of that offer clearly state their shipping and handling charges, as well as the recurring charges.

Yeah i make sure i put the actual cost for offers like this ... I'm sure we've missed a few but most our offers will have the REAL costs...

$32.05 should be the cost with their hidden shipping charges... on Posterpass

Check your credit card to make sure the offer went through. If it did, you can contact Customer Service and they'll usually be happy to resend your confirmation email.

As far as credit, check with the freebie site because many of them no longer offer Manual Credit Requests.

this same very thing happened to me with posterpass.com

they are NOT very clear on the shipping and handling price. its in terms and conditions. just a lesson to read the very small fine print.

they should make it more obvious. when you actually enter your credit card info it only tells you about the $9.95 charge or w/e.

always read terms/conditions...

Yep, I got bit by posterpass too. $30-something for the initial 4, and then another $45 or something less than a week later for another 2. I was waiting at least a week to cancel so I wouldn't cancel right away, and then on day 5 or 6 I noticed another charge from them on my card!
I called them immediately and cancelled, and the lady I talked to said that I could just write "return to sender" on the 2nd order and when they received it back they would give me a refund.
That was back in Nov though I think and I'm still waiting for a refund.... guess I should call them back and find out where my refund is sometime, huh?

(i've since cashed out on the site and so I still made a net profit anyway, but still... )
