I had a pop up blocker on when leaving TR on my last couple of trades. I was not able to enter any feedback. I would like to enter a positive comment for the trader. Where do I go to revise my feedback before it is confirmed?

Set the drop down to something other than request TR and then change it back and that should work.
but only if it has not been credited already

If TR has already been granted, than you will not be able to changed feedback!
