Which sites can be signed up for?

so I want to be clear on this.
I have a referral that is trying to sign up on a site

If he has already done --- media.hotgifts4you
he can also sign up for --- home.hotgifts4you as well can't he?

they are separate and require different logins right?

Correct - you can do each of the "sub-sites" of a network one time each.

Many (but not all) networks give you the option of "existing user" and will extend the info you already filled out to the new site.
