I did the whole thing yesterday, got charged. Never got an email. Never got the credit on supplements.YGF.
I called and they said there's nothing they can do, but they will cancel and send me a cancellation email.
Can I use the cancel email to get a manual credit?

Sometimes the emails end up getting filtered as spam. You should check your spam folder and see if it's there. I use gmail and quite a few offers end up in my spam folder.
