I made this myself (sort of took excerpts from my friend who helped me out, props to csullivan D ) I also have this at freelunchroom.com, but try it out and see if it'll help the unorganized noobs out there
My Guideline
FIRST AND FOREMOST Confirm the Trade
2.sign up & look for offer
-Write down the site I'm doing
-Which offer I'm doing
-how long I have until the free trial ends
-always check the terms before you submit credit card info
-make sure you know how to contact customer support for questions/comments you have.
[LOG OUT]
clear my cookies
log back in and do the offer
WAIT UNTIL IT CREDITS (Only if it's instant)
then clear cookies
repeat (if doing second offer)

ALL the OFFERS you've done
FORMAT
Top page Site Name
How much person is paying & His name
Offer name
-trial time
-green time
-cost
-how to contact them.
use a highlighter to go green

I think you should get the term 'cancel' out of the guide. we definitely don't want to be promoting cancellation of offers on the forum.
Just my two cents.
