when you fill out an offer, then get a referrence link. does that link automatically get attached to your profile or do we have to move it there for others to use. i'm speaking for others to be able to use the link to to get to green for me

I'm assuming you mean when you sign up for a site......... you'll use your link in the Trade Module and to give to any outside friends you may be able to talk into being referrals. Nothing automatic, unfortunately.
You'll likely need a little TR before you can find people who will be refs for you. If you are interested in trading site for site, feel free to PM me and I'll see what we can work out.
