Referral sites that allow you to repeat

As I understand it most referral based sites do not allow you to repeat the process for the free gifts (in other words refer 5 people again for another ipod).

However, it seems there are some that do. After all, some people have 400+ TR and there just aren't that many sites out there.

Is there a list of sites that allow you to repeat? If not can we create it here?
