Never seen an actual list but I know that referral swapper makes life a bit easier = ). If you are a member there and modify your sites...there's kind of a "list" of all the different sites and what networks they are on. If anyone needs a referral link to referral swapper just let me know = )

referral swapper...isn't that the forum site you have to pay a membership fee for?
