Ok so I had a referral use my link to sign up for a trainn site and immediatly after clicking it and the link was right and it even said you are being referred by email==sjsienki@ptd.netsjsienki@ptd.net=sjsienki@ptd.netsjsienki@ptd.net/email when she signed up.

So she completed an offer and went green, but she isn't showing up on my referral list at all!

If she submits a support ticket can trainn fix this? Or will the just say TS move on?

Has this happened to anybody else? Was it resolved?

From a post in trainns forum it looks like it has happened before but I dunno if it has been resolved or not.

I'm soo close! This is my last ref for the gold package for nintendo wii!

I have a few of times had this problem - most of the time it ended up that the referral had done something wrong, but a couple times we couldn't figure anything out. Submit a support ticket ASAP and they may be able to help you - some sites will, some won't. Don't know Trainn's policy for sure, but it's worth a try.

Hope it all works out for you.

Yeah, at first I thought my ref did something wrong. But she explained to me exactly what she did and I couldn't figure out anything she could have done wrong.

She submitted a support ticket right away.

I doubt trainn will do anything about it. They will say something like it being against their TOS to change referrals. But I think that would be BS if it wansn't anybodys fault and the computer just got messed up.

I don't really know that they won't do anything, though. I know there have been a few times (twice) that I have completed an offer, but it was credited to a different site in their network (and one time I hadn't even clicked any offers for the site it got credited to). I submitted a support ticket, and they took care of it.

So it is possible that they will look into it for you, as long as both of you have the same story (and it sounds like you do, so it should be fine).

Hope it works out.

Awesome. I hope so. Did you both submit a support ticket? or just one of you? And then did they contact the other?

You will both need to submit a support ticket explaining the mixup. You would say that they didn't show up under you, and they would say that they didn't show up under you.

Hopefully it works out for you ... I can't make promises.

Usually they have no problem doing it, they're not out any money. The site gets the credit for their green no matter what so they want to please you so you keep referring people so they'll most likely move it.

I had 2 people on getstuff do it and they switched it no questions asked. They just asked her my referral # and she put it in the ticket, they next day she was on my list....

This thread is making me feel a little better. My ref submitted a support ticket and I'm going to submit one now and hopefully it will work out.

Probably about 5-7 business days for trainn lol
