ive never had a credit card before if i do a green does that meand some one wont be able to pay me through paypal?
what should i do

If you have a Paypal account, you can be paid. However, most offers require a credit card to sign up, so you might find it hard to go green without on. There are alternatives, though, like a Paypal debit card or Visa giftcards, but you do need something of the sort for most offers.

well you can setup a paypal account without adding a cc...
but then if you don't have one, how do you complete offers? prepaid?
some traders won't want to send paypal to a not-verified account
