Is gamingcustomorderthis down right now?

Hey I just tried to visit my page at gamingcustomorderthis and it says forbidden! I was just wondering if the website is down right now cause that happend like a week or so ago.

This is the message it gives me

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /status.php on this server.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at "www.gaming.customorderthis" Port 80

What does this mean?

It was giving me that all day yesterday. The regular CustomOrderThis site too, but not Candy.CustomOrderThis...

I'm guessing it's site problems, maybe the hosting issue they had a few weeks ago.
