out of curiosity, im trying to get my TR up and finish up a few sites. But I want to trade green for green (my ref for theirs) how would you go about setting something like that up in a trade?

Just have the topic be like "Trading XXX for XXX" in the trade module, then when the trade is completed, request TR as normal. It isn't only used for trades involving money.
Make sure to spell everything out in the trade module, though.
