I've done OFFERS ON SONY-V BUX from someone by the name of Change the World when I first came onto this site Jan.31, 2007. It is March 3, 2007 he has yet to pay me or contact about the status of the site. I've been pming him, but got know response. Beware!!!!!!

Have you checked to see if your PMs are in your Outbox (unread) or your Sentbox (read)?? That will tell alot about whether or not he is still around. Also, you can bring up his profile and see if he has been posting.
If he won't answer your PMs and he is signing on to the forum, PM a moderator with the details and they will deal with it. If he is no longer signing on, you may be out of luck, but I would PM a moderator anyway, so if he comes back they will be aware.
Do you have an outside contact (email, AIM, etc) for him??
