I was just wondering if the entire ASU campus was banned from this website? Any time I try to log on from any friends on campus's computers and they all show a picture of a dog behind bars.

Even the computers in the library, or any of the labs do the same thing. The connections aren't behind proxies and all IPs on campus are static so I'm wondering if maybe someone from ASU made you guys mad and you banned the entire school lol

Any feedback would be great.

While the school would show up for the IP, each individual computer as a unique IP address as well. It is possible to block a whole range of IP addresses if you knew the starting and ending numbers, but even still, I don't think that they would block out a whole school.

Most likely, your school's network personnel have if blocked off, although why it cannot be accessed for you is beyond mystery. Try lowering your security settings if you haven't already.

If you still can't log in .... well, then you might be SOL.

yeah, none of my buddies can log on either- from their personal computers in their dorm or from any of the wireless internet connections on their laptops.

All security settings are set to a minimum and no website is blocked from ASU's network admins. I know because I called. They said that the owner of this website must have blocked the entire IP range. Very strange...

Could I get an Admin's response?

I only see one user with an @asu.edu email address, and 3 people that have used an ASU IP address.. none of them are banned. I was just checking the IP range given by pinging asu.edu (129.219.li). Is that correct?

I have a .asuurl==http://=http:///url email but I use my msn account more so I just registered with that. The IP range for campus is 149.169.li.li

I'm just baffled. In order to see this site on campus I have to use a proxy website and then it works. I called the techs at ASU and they said that if they had blocked this website from their network that I wouldn't be able to view this site even if going through a proxy. They assured me that it is on your end.

If you can't figure it out, I guess I'm out of luck, but I was just very curious. These darn proxy websites are slow and unresponsive and I would rather just be able to log on regularly.

Alright, the answer is that someone on ASU's campus registered several names repeatedly to harass one of our moderators, so the whole IP range got banned.

LOL, although I assumed he was talking about just having problems accessing FiPG. If he's actually used a proxy to get to YGF or other freebie sites, then... wow. lol

No I don't do offers under a proxy lmfao, I was saying the only way to get into this site to even see what is in it at ASU is to do that. Do you think it would be unreasonable to unban the entire IP range? I know a lot of people that want to get to this site but simply can't, and I am over at my buddies' houses a lot and can never get on here to check anything.
