I just had received a TR denied, why would I have received this. I know my TR is under 4 but I did not initiate the trade.

If the person you are trading with has less than 4 TR it will also be denied. And I believe it goes by the date the trade is set up. If they now have above 4TR but when the trade was set up they had less than 4TR then TR will be denied.

Tr would be denied for a no credit card trade also.
