Is there any way that I will no after completing an offer that I've gone green besides the updates in the trade module?

Generally, when you complete an offer, the site you completed the offer for will send you an email telling you that you completed it. The offer site also typically sends some form of an email to you.

The trade module doesn't automatically update, that's all based off of user input.

You will be notified when you complete an offer. The only way the person you sign up under knows is if they look at their progress or if you tell them.

You can also check your status when you log in to the site you are doing. Look for something like "account status". Should tell you whether you have your completion recorded or not.

Just to be clear, it is your responsibility to update the status of an offer's crediting in the trade module. The feature is there primarily to facilitate communication between traders.
