Help a newb out

Im just a helpless newb trying to decide if this is real or not,
are there any other hidden catches???

This site is real. Just read the fine print and TOS on offers you do, and make sure you follow the rules for this site as well.

Maybe I'm missing something, but what rule did he break?? What looks like a ref links ends with "Just Kidding" and doesn't have a ref ##. I though maybe he edited it, but his post does not show as being edited. Am I missing something??? I thought I was pretty clear on the posting rules............

Ok - if Keith edited it, it would make more sense if he said so, because the way it is right now, it doesn't look like he did anything wrong - hence my confusion. It doesn't show that it was edited at all.

I don't have a problem with that - it was just confusing to see Keith tell him he broke a rule without it looking like he did - Thought maybe it was a rule I wasn't aware of (and I imagine if it confused me when I've been here a while, it would really confuse a newbie who's trying to learn the rules).

Thank you for the input. The intention is to be vague enough to get the rule-breaker to actually read all of the rules instead of just assuming that he's fine as long as he doesn't post reflinks.
