You can't be placed as a ref under someone after you have already started a site.

sometimes you can, but this is certainly not the place to ask it
go to the specific site and ask, or ask the person who reffered you to guide you

Depends on the site. You can do it with OrderIt sites if you haven't done any offers yet. I have to get my refs to do this CONSTANTLY (ie about 3 out of every 5 refs) because for some reason my refs never seem to get put under my number even when they use my link to register. Very frustrating.

there isn't any.....as long as you guys both say the same thing to the site, if they can, they'll move the ref...
