Can someone help me? Most, but not all of my PM's are not being sent. At least they are not showing up in my Sentbox, just stay stuck in my Outbox. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks.

They stay in your outbox until they are viewed. That's how you know they have been sent.

Your outbox contains the messages that you have sent but the person you sent them to hasn't read them yet. The messages in your sentbox have been read by the recipient.
