Newbie question here, but does anyone know if there is a site that provides a list of known offers and the sites/networks that are offering them? Seems like it would be really useful if there was something you particularly wanted to get, to find a site that had it as an offer.

Okay, what I'm really looking for (and I can't find it on ultimatefreebielist) is an offer I'm sure I remember seeing when I was browsing a site for credit for downloading some desktop weather software.
Anyboyd else remember seeing it and can point me to the site that has it?
