a couple of sites giving me the run around

I have two sites that won't give me credit for some offers that I have filled out and paid for, I have filled out several tickets but they keep saying NOT ENOUGH INFORMATION. I have set my e-mail to view full headers and I have copied and pasted full headers to the tickets that I have sent to these sites and they still deny me. Does anybody have any advice or know what I can do to get this through?

Make sure you include the body of the email in addition to the full headers.
