How hard is this, how much money do you need, how old should you be and how long does it take?

It has been said many times. If you have to ask the question, it is not a good idea.

You need dedication. Let's look at the possible funds you'll need

-Domain names ($10/year?)
-Webhosting ($100+/year)
-Freebie site script ($200+/site. If you're doing more than one site, add extra domain names/webhosting fees)
-Time (5-10 hours a day answering support tickets, verifying accounts, customer service, forums, etc.)
-Startup Capital ($5000+, nobody likes to start a site that just comes out and relies on payments from the publishers on the spot)
-Research and experience in the freebie field (Nobody likes to join a site that offers $50 for 3 refs like FastCabbage)
