Say I'm a member of YourNintendoWii4Free.com. Now if I come across an offer from a different user with the same freebie site that I'm already a member of, I can't do it right?

Nope, you can only site up for each site one time.
yeah, just stick to the rule of thumb - can't do the same twice ever
even though there are maybe 1 or 2 sites that let you, it just makes things complicated

RIGHT ... You can ONLY do ONE offer for EACH different site. Once you do an offer for a site you cannot do that site again. You then would need to get the number of referrals required to get your gift/prize.
UNLESS it's a "points-based" site which you can then do yourself.
