Ok so with the sites that we make an account with, are we only allowed on gift per site even if the sight is advertising various free stuff???

You're allowed ONE "gift" per each DIFFERENT site you do. Most of the networks have different sites and you can do one of each.

Ok so if I understand u right. I can apply for a lets say a ps3 with one site and a different gift with another site, even though its the same network? I think i get it, thanks
yes, you are allowed to have more than one site on a network
for example, from freepay I got
ps3
psp
got it?
