I think I may have answered this question for you previously Wendy, but the reason you're getting that error is that the number of people logged on to Fipg has reached it's limit. This site is only set up to allow a certain number of people to be logged on at one time, and the rest of us get that error message. Just keep trying D You're usually able to log on within a minute or two.
