Will Reformating hard drive effect my offers?

I am planning to reformat my harddrive and reinstall windows starting my pc over from scratch, with this effect my outstanding offers i have out there? or will it be ok? thanks

i was just curious beucase poeple had said that you shouldn't sign up or do offers from a differant computer and if you reformat, you basically redo everything and make your computer a new one. so i was just curious...where is your IP address assigned? BIOS, harddrive?

Neither. Your IP address is assigned by either the local network, and/or the ISP you're connected with. It won't change unless the ISP changes it. Therefore, configuring your computer, formatting, doing whatever, will NOT affect your IP Address.
