i have a couple of newbie questions.
1) what does it mean to "bump" a post and how do i do it
2) how can i tell when the last time i started a new post because i can only do 1 every five days right?... i don't remeber today I'll forget by tomorrow

1. bump is when you post so that your thread goes back to the top of the forum
2. You can do a new thread every three days, a bump every 24hrs. There is a timestamp above your post.
3. The more posts you get, the higher your rank goes.

The "bump" and "new thread" rule applies to the Trading Post.

Yes that is correct. Any post, edit, or similar, by anyone within your thread, will cause your thread to move to the top of the list within that forum section.
For example, when I click on the button to submit this, it will move back to the top of the list. If in three days, you, I, or anyone else makes an edit, it will once again move to the top of the list.
