It was stated that certain sites would not get a TR (TextPayMe, ThisStuff is Free) etc. It's the etc. I am wondering about. Does this mean that all non-cc sites don't qualify for a TR or is there some other criteria for which ones do not qualify?

If you complete a Non-CC site, you will not receive TR. However, if you complete a normal site, that have pay offers, you'll get TR.
