PSD To HTML

My friend made me a PSD for some site I'm making.

I wanted to know if anyone here knew good sites that couple help me get started. I could pay someone to do it, but I'd rather learn it myself and see if I can get this done.

I have little knowledge of html, just the basics. And a little better in PS.
