ePassporte is an online credit card, but you need a real credit card to set it up and put money on it.

Under your PayPal account you can create a virtual card, not all offers accept it though, and you MUST have money in your account to use it.

if you have cash you can goto most banks and buy a prepaid credit card/debit card or look it up like visa.com or something

to be honest, the best thing to do is get a student credit card. ur parents can cosign for it/be co users. this is a great way to build ur credit if u pay it off on time

If your new to both CC's and Freebie sites, I would suggest going to the store and buying a Visa GC. Banks also have them such as National City.

Yes that is your best bet. If you can not get a check/debit card from your bank, you just have to go to stores like CVS or Walgreens or other similar stores and buy you either a Mastercard or Visa cards. They are cheap (like 5-10 bucks) and you can load them with cash right there at the store. Good luck!
