i signed up on giftcard.clickperks. under someone and they just ran away. wont even check their PMs from me. is there some way i can cancel being signed up under him and cause my referral to appear under someone else? i didnt think that was possible but someone recently suggested i do this with the getrewardz site...and it prolly coulda been done in that case since he was a getrewardz employee.

I don't think any network would have a problem with taking away a refferal as it would cause the other person to have to refer someone else, getting them 1+ more member(s). I do however, think that they'd most likely not re-refer you to someone else, because you've already been reffered to the website. But I guess all you can do is ask

I got scammed a couple of times way back and I was able to be removed from their referring with a simple contact to customer service BOTH TIMES> They won't mind, however I wasn't able to be referred by any one else.

nah theres no point in just taking away the person who referred me (except by principle i suppose). i was asking if i could benefit ie be signed up under someone else and they trade with me or something.

We can't help too much with this question, for it seems network-specific. I would just contact via a support ticket someone at the site.

Well if they did that, scammers could easily sign up for people then say can you move me to a dif ref please.

You can't get referrals transferred, however with many sites you CAN get referrals canceled and their accounts put on hold. Which you SHOULD do if you truly get scammed -- just because someone else won't benefit from your ref doesn't meant the scammer shouldn't be punished, and that's what placing him on hold, or at least revoking greens, does.
