Revenue Universe is good and you can apply for that by the owner of Free4Me Network. Check out the offers on that site if you want to see the offer selection before applying. You can also try out InstantProfitz but I hear they got hacked lately so I'm not sure if they are up at the moment.

Netblue is great, so is valueclick. The problem with most of the ones your using is that they go through netblue of valueclick. They're VERY hard to get accepted into though (

Hi,

I have seen the sites mentioned and in TOS, they say we need a W9/W8 for recieving over $600 from them.. Does that apply to a person who is outside US and site is also not operated from US ? And does that apply even if the company is not registered in US ?

Eh, even though that question should probably go in another thread, I think you have to fill out something in both Canada and UK if you live there. I'm not sure as to what the forms would be since I live in US but I'm pretty sure there's something you have to fill out.

Thanks JKirk for your reply.

I am not from Canada or UK.
