i keep seeing people say no OOD's, i know what it stands for but can someone please tell me how it works and how to avoid it? are there certain sites that have it and others that dont?

OODs stand for Offers-of-Doom.
They are hard offers to complete (such as hosting offers) or offers that cost a lot of money (casino offers, offers that you need to purchase something to get credits ....)
Usually site have OODs is which offer gifts at low referral requirement ($70-80 per ref) such as GetRewardz - 7 refs for $500 or Gadgets.Free4me, etc .....
