Hey everyone, I'm new to this thing and I'm trying to figure out things, so please forgive me if I sound so stupid )
I live outside US & UK. I'm looking for sites that not all of their offers requires you to be an US resident & requires no credit card. I registered with so many sites but I couldn't do any offers because I'm outside US..
Please help me find a site without US offers only & no credit card needed! I want to win money for my paypal )

I Think you're outta luck if you're looking for offers outside US/UK/CA and they have to be NO CREDIT card...
