What to do when a person wont complete site

Hi,

I paid some one to do an offer. He has a higher TR so i had to pay first. He said he would do an instant offer , but he never got credit. Then he said all he can do is wait. I asked him to do another offer since he could cashout if he got credited for both (ordercash). but know he wont answer my PM / answer AIM .

What to do in this case ?

Make a thread in the Scammers & Impersonators forum and post the user name of the culprit and explain the incident.

Actually, first contact a moderator via PM.

first contact a mod, they may PM him to ask him to PM you back. understand that if you agreed to a trade without a clause suggesting that there was a time limit that both of you agreed to, then giving him time to submit for manual credit is the standard. unfortunately some people when bugged with PMs about this ignore the PMS.

do a charge back with paypal thats what i would of done or give it a day or two

PayPal never gives money back for this sort of thing.

Paypal will not chargeback if you selected service payment.
