I have a Tickle offer pending on my cc...Does that mean it will go through eventually? I have plently of credit room, it just says transaction pending...

Yes, it will go through but I don't think you will get credit until it does. I don't know why it would be pending because usually if they wanted to test if your credit card was valid or not, they would just put a $1 charge to test and then leave that pending and then charge the cost of the test.
