Yea. They pay for referrals.
Another one with non-CC offers is 50.Free4Me.net
But that's it...all the others require a credit/debit card. ;)

well there are sites like fusioncash and instantprofitz. I've gotten 150 from instantprofitz without giving away my credit card. PM for a link wink

lol yeah I'm serious one night I didn't do anything but fill out surveys and got to 80. next month i did 40 and the next 30.
