Ive searched and cannot find it. Ive come accross these sites MANY times just cant find them again .

Depends if you're paying/trading for your refs.
If so, I'd recommend one of the YourGiftsFree sites as they have the custom order option. $1,000 would probably mean you'd have to get about 25 greens.
Also, since the network is still kind of small, you can pay for your refs for about $20-$22.
