I need to get in contact with Momentum Direct to talk about 2 Day Slimdown and 20 Minute facelift. They are not answering the phone and no responses back with the email. Anyone know how to get ahold of them? 20 Minute facelift wasen't for me so i'm not going to continue with their service. How would I do this?

what site is that on? sadly enough that is my hometown, i could drive there in an hr from college.
is the phone number on your credit card statement?
try that. if they arent answering, mail them a letter with some sort of tracked mail. if they fail to answer your request submit to your credit card for anauthorized charges after u are charged.

2 Day Slimdown asks for your Bank Account # and Routing #, so you're pretty much "Paying by e-Check/bank account". At least that's what it was when I attempted the offer (But backed out due to the fact that they wanted my BANK account number instead of a CC#

Has anyone been able to contact these people? I've tried the "24/7" help desk and it just says "cannot connect your call".

Great- I just signed up for that. I backed out at first b/c of the bank info, but like an idiot went back in. I just figured they were trying to avoid CC charges.
I suppose you would want to do a certified letter and contact your bank to give them a heads up if you don't get through. Save everything of course, even emails that don't get answered. You can never have enough documentation. Good luck - to us both I guess.

When you send it back (I had to because it made me sick) make sure you get delivery confirmation!
