Where can you get a debit card? (Not an online one).
And not ones where you can get at banks.
I've heard that you can get them at malls and such?
And does it require personal information?
Also...what happens if you go under a $0.00 balance?
Answers to these questions would be helpful.

I think you want a virtual visa. These are prepaid visa cards that you can use online only. You get a credit card number and security code.
To get one go to http//www.simon.com/giftcard/default.aspx
You want to buy a gift account and send it to yourself.
If you don't have the $$$ the charge is denied.

Doh! I read that wrong. You can get order a real card from that site or go to a simons mall.

I tried buying a Simon GC for someone a few days ago using my Paypal card and they wouldn't accept it. There was enough money it.
