I joined Galleria and Privacy Protection plus. Got charged $7 in total instead of the non-refundable $2 on their terms (stated when i signed up). I just looked up, they've been doing this to a lot of people (charge them a huge amount of membership fee when they didn't ask to join anything).
anyways, what should i do??? its an epassporte! please help. the charges are pending right now.. but can clear any second.
did u call galleria? whenever i have delt with them they have been reasonable.
