How long does it take the tickle test to credit on 123 sites?

Correct.
Although I believe Tickle instants are considered within 10 minutes, so if after 10 minutes you haven't received credit then you probbaly won't get it. Also, they won't allow sites/site owners to file for manual credit so you either do another offer or don't and receive no credit.

He credits offers manually on 123. So even if it reports to him in 10 minutes, it depends how long it takes him to get on the comp and credit you.

Yea, he manually credited blockbuster for me.
He's a nice guy.
