Ok, I signed up for someone's money.123 site. We agreed that he would get that ref and I would get $15 paypal and a thisdsliteisfree ref.
He then said that if I instantly green, he'll pay $22, so I signed up for two instant half offers. Only 1 of them greened. So I did another offer. Its been about 10 days and I'm still only credited for my 1st 1/2 offer.
He just contacted me today saying that he already got his last green and doesn't need mine any more.
This is my question, when I eventually/hopefully green in the next few days, would he stll owe me the $15 paypal or not since he wouldn't benefit from my green?

You held up your part of the deal, you should get paid at least something for it.

He doesn't owe you anything yet, but yes, when you go green he will owe you $15.
