I just got my free plasma from Nuitech, and I'm worried about burn in...What can I do to prevent it, and is it really a problem??? Let me know.

Lower the contrast and brightness levels on your TV. Do this especially during the first 100 days, as it gets "broken it." Other than that, limit images that remain on the screen (video games, side and top bars, station ID's)
Plasma burn-in is more rare than most people think. Just don't fall asleep with a DVD menu left on wink
