Someone scammed me of $20
can i pursue him or get legal actions?
well one of the amendments say $20 and less = no court but if i send her $1
...
and second is using public computer a good idea?
like the one im on now?

Public computers to do referrals on can be very bad and often lead to being placed on hold if someone has previously done an offer from it.
As far as the $20, PM a mod and they will see what they can do.
