It's true, based on what I hear. I've avoided OC for that reason, but the only site I did of theirs was ipodshuffles4free, in which there were no OOD.

Yes, it's mainly the last 2-3 referrals but depending on your referral requirements, it could be more or less. I believe Plasmas4Free has 4-5 of them and PSPs4Free has 1-2 of them. Offers slowly start to disappear as you approach your prize requirements though so you have less and less as you get referrals.
